Everpure Insurice i4000
Ice-machine filtration for UAE hotels, banqueting kitchens and large restaurants. Insurice i4000 filters to 0.5 micron and inhibits scale, giving clearer ice and protecting evaporator plates.

What it does.
- Micro-Pure II filtration to 0.5 micron, fine enough to stop cysts
- Reduces chlorine taste and odour and unwanted contaminants
- Integrated pre-filtration captures dirt and sediment
- Scale inhibition protects evaporator plates and distribution lines
- Triple and quad configurations for the heaviest ice loads
- Certified under NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53
Typical applications
Everpure Insurice i4000 in the UAE
In UAE buildings, sediment and stale taste usually come from tanks and pipework rather than the mains. Both show up in ice, which is just frozen water from the same line.
Insurice i4000 filters down to 0.5 micron with Micro-Pure II media, fine enough to stop cysts, and reduces chlorine taste. Triple and quad set-ups cover cubers up to about 860 kg a day.
Common questions
Why filter water for an ice machine?
Ice takes on whatever is in the water, including taste and particles. Filtering it gives clearer, better-tasting ice and fewer service calls.
Is it certified?
Yes. Insurice i4000 is certified under NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53.
Which size suits a hotel banqueting kitchen?
Usually a triple or quad manifold, sized to the ice machine's daily output.
Supplied, fitted and serviced in the UAE
UAE mains water is desalinated and fairly soft: DEWA reports a typical hardness of 60.7 mg/l in Dubai. Most problems start in building tanks and pipework, so filtration and UV usually matter more here than softening.
Tell us whether the building runs on mains, tanker or well water, and what the system is for. We specify it, quote in dirhams and fit it.
